Dog Friendly Tour! Bring Your Pets to Tour!

Your pet has a home at Preserve Parc. We welcome both cats and dogs to our community, with up to two pets allowed per apartment. On site, we offer a variety of pet-friendly amenities, including a Bark Parc with agility equipment and open green space. Our Pet Policy:

  • Breed restrictions apply
  • All pets must be registered
  • Non-refundable pet fee: $300 per pet
  • $10 monthly pet rent per pet
